Cougar Place
Building B (south building)
- Window installation 95% in courtyard; 85% rest of building B
- Application of liquid waterproofing in process in courtyard
- Gypsum sheathing 95%
- Roof deck complete; Roofing installation starts
- Brick delivery scheduled
- Mockup is framed and sheathed and ready for brick
- Window testing scheduled for Oct. 4 and/or 5
- First floor corridor piping complete
- Fire Sprinkler rough in complete through third floor
- Electrical wall rough and plumbing rough in complete in units
- Chilled water risers complete
- Building B stair installation in process
Building C (north building)
- Framing 100%; Northside roof deck in process; Southside roof trusses being erected
- Sheathing 50% complete

- Electrical rough in and plumbing rough in through third floor
- First floor corridor pipe rough in ongoing

Building A (commons and classroom building)

- Wood decking installation will be complete this week and roofing installation begins next week at building B.

- Bidding is complete, with the Best Value Package for Pkg. 4 under review and the buy-out report complete through Pkg. 3
- Substantial Completion of construction by June 13, 2013
- Road through the site from Cougar Place Drive to Cullen is complete! (milestone)
- Circle Drive off Cougar Place Drive to pour on Aug. 21
- Power Poles to be installed by CenterPoint Energy for permanent power
- Domestic Water Line Installed
- Fence along Wheeler to be relocated by Aug. 17
- Wood Storage on Parking Lot 11A to be removed by start of school
Building B: (South Building):
- Roof Trusses are being installed on 4th floor

- Storm Sewer installation on the West side of the project
- Underground MEP work in Area B/C
- Utility Tunnel Excavation and Install
Cougar Place
- Wood framing on 3rd floor of building B and 2nd floor of building C is in process
- Wood decking @ 2nd floor is complete
- Framing hardware installation in process @ 1st floor
- CMU walls at elevator shaft at building C is 90% complete
- Structural steel on site 1st week of August in building A
- Installation of Sanitary Sewer & Storm will continue as weather permits
- Hauling of earth from utility excavations will continue as weather permits
- Electrical duct bank section 2 of 3 has be pumped out and re-dug 3 times this week.
- Road construction begins July 30th. Date pushed back 14 days due to weather.

- Tower Crane foundation and erection
- Storm Sewer installation on the west side of the project
- Underground MEP work in Area B/C
Cougar Place
- Installation of sanitary sewer & storm continues
- Hauling of earth from utility excavations continues
- Electrical duct bank section 2 of 3 must be redone as rain damaged trench and conduit floated out.
- Framing of walls on 3rd floor/Building B and 2nd floor/Building C continues. It is taking 2 weeks per floor to frame walls.
- Rain on Sunday will likely create some site work delays on underground utilities.
- Road construction begins July 16th (pending duct bank completion)
